What to charge, with the math shown.
Your audience size and the exact deliverables. Usage rights and exclusivity add to it, the way they do in real deals. A starting point, not a quote.
Starting point: about $10 per 1,000 followers for one feed post, less per thousand as the audience grows. Reels and video cost more, a story frame less. Usage rights, exclusivity and raw files are added on top as a share of the deliverables. Engagement, niche and past results move the real number.

A feed post starts at about $10 per 1,000 followers. It's the most common starting point in the industry, and it's where most brand-side budgets start too. That holds to 100K. Past that the line flattens, because rates do: $8 per 1,000 up to 500K, $6 up to a million, $4 above it. So 136K is about $1,290 a post and 1.5M about $9,200.
A reel is priced at 1.3 times a post, a carousel at 1.15, a story frame at 0.3. A TikTok video sits at 1.2. A YouTube integration is 3 times a post and a dedicated video 6 times. UGC the brand posts itself is 0.6, with a floor of $150, because it costs you the shoot but not your feed.
Usage rights are added as a share of the deliverables. Organic reposts add 10% for 3 months, 20% for 6, 35% for a year and 75% for forever. Paid usage or whitelisting adds 40% for 3 months, 70% for 6, 100% for a year and 200% for forever. A full buyout adds 250%. Exclusivity adds 15% per month, up to 150%. Raw files add 30%.
The range is 85% to 125% of that total. Where you land inside it, or outside it, is your engagement, your niche and what you've done before.
